Pricing questions
Is VAT included?
Prices may be subject to VAT. We’ll confirm the final amount before you pay anything.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every package starts with a free 14-day trial of that package, and you don’t pay anything to start. There is no setup fee.
How do we pay?
By GCash. On your Billing page, choose monthly or yearly, send the amount to our GCash number or QR code, and enter the reference number from your receipt. We confirm it, usually within a day, and your shop stays open while we check.
Can we change package later?
Yes. Tell us and we’ll move you to another package. Moving to Starter needs you to have 3 or fewer active staff, and boarding is only on Pro.
What happens if we stop?
You can stop at any time. Your shop’s access is switched off and its data is kept until you ask us to delete it or send you a copy.
Do we pay per pet or per client?
No. Each package is one price for the whole shop, with unlimited pets and clients.
